Before clicking on the Support Button above, make sure, if you are running a firewall or separate security program, to set permissions for download from "www.hotconference.com" and permissions for running "Conference.exe".

Click the Support Button and when this screen pops up, click "Run"
Click "Run"
Make sure you put a tick mark in the "I accept the terms of the license agreement", then click "Install".

Before Proceeding!
If you are NOT behind a firewall or on a LAN (Local Area Network), Please click on the 'Proxy Settings' button in lower left and make sure that there are no numbers there.
Your download progress will be shown and it usually takes less than 2 minutes even on dial-up.
If you are a visitor, please enter your full name (John Smith) and click "OK"
You will then be prompted for a password where you will enter:
 rewards4u.


Please check your sound settings once in the room for best communications.  Double click on the speaker by your clock in the system tray, check to make sure the "wave" input is set to maximum.  Also you can click on the "Advanced" button under the Microphone column and put a tick mark in the "1 Mic Boost" box.

If you don't have a microphone for your system, there is a way for you to text your comments and questions.
