Managed - Organizational - Marketing

Many ask, as I used to, "Is this M-L-M?" or "Is this Network Marketing?"  Let me first say that most people are not afraid of networking or they wouldn't be interested in "free in-network calls".  If they have found a very special value on a widely used or wanted product or service, they are not opposed to sharing the information with someone who asks, "Where did you get that, at that kind of price?"

Yes, we have certain aspects of M-L-M or Networking in our business model in that you can work to build a residual income and refer others, who in turn can refer others to build a network, but that is where the similarities end.  Take some time to look at the chart below and decide for yourself, if you would rather work hard to have to continue working in some capacity for the rest of your life, or, work hard for just a few years to be able to build a true residual income.  One that you can walk away from and have it continually grow because the leaders have taken over the roles and responsibilities that used to be yours.

I'm not one for standing on someone else's shoulders to get ahead, but there are quite a few who would make outlandish promises, embellish the facts, or just pump you full of hype.  Below you will find truth.  There is training to learn the 'system' and work involved with any business.  My promise to you, is that you would have me as your personal trainer every step of the way.

M-L-Ms and Network Marketing M-O-M (Managed - Organizational - Marketing)
Initial Investment

Varying Costs with not near the value, many inflated to pay upline recruiters based solely on their ability to recruit.

Less than $100 USD with much more value/cost than any other.

What do the product or services cost?

Always more expensive than retail products, why?  Because they have to pay all the upline recruiters whether they are working or not. Not selecting any particular one, but in all, the vast majority (90%+) of the customers are the distributors.  Most are forced to sell the idea of buying 'wholesale' in order to gain another distributor/customer.

You would pay what you are paying now for the same products and services through our mall, but because of our cash back rewards program, the end result is that you are paying less than retail.  When was the last time you heard of a m-l-m or network marketing program offering you oil changes, clothing, sporting goods, restaurant visits or travel/hotel reservations?...and the list goes on.

What products or services are offered?

Most have a very limited number, and few of real value, which brings to mind of one offer I received for over the Internet home computer network maintenance for a whopping $50 USD per month.  It just doesn't take that much to keep a home network up and running.

If you were to be able to stand outside of a shopping mall with a super K-mart at one end and a Sears at the other, with hundreds of other shops in-between, would it be fair to say, "Just about everything"?  Well that is exactly what we have to offer.

Building and Retention

What will you have to do to appeal to people to pay a higher price for a product that they might otherwise buy a similar one at the store for less?
Retention is based on having the distributors buy a specific amount of product each month to maintain their personal volume.

How much easier to present everyday products and services such as toothpaste, shampoo, after shave, hardware, chauffeuring service, concert tickets, electronics, bedding, clothes....quite literally anything and everything at a discount because of a cash back rewards program.

What is the market

Many claim an International market but if looked into they are limited to only a few countries up to about 60 is the largest that I have seen.

Our marketing plan, since it pays our representatives to bring local businesses into our club, enables us to be in virtually every country, so our market is truly the world.

Management Structure

No formal structure.  It is assumed that because of a title or position that an individual will perform in that role.  True that there are some where you will be told to do certain things, but there is no accountability.  Awards are given during the growth, but as it slows, people stop performing because of lack of incentive due mostly to the limitations of product line and market, but still keep collecting their check.  This is what causes most of them to fail or make their product available to the open market at the expense of their distributors.

In our plan the management structure is built-in.  We operate as a team, each member having a responsibility to perform in the role that their title dictates.  This is the only way to have a true residual income. To learn and pass on the knowledge to those who you sponsor so that they can do the same.  The true residual income only happens if their is someone trained and performing in the position you used to have.  On each team we have someone performing  in the roles of Builders, Strategists, Trainers, Marketing Directors, Promotions Director, and Chief.

Compensation

All up line are paid whether they are performing or not, creating a top heavy pay structure.  Many networking (forced matrix) have to be re-entered in order for the pay to keep steady, hence, no true residual income.

Paid to those who are performing in the roles for which they have qualified.  As your downline is able to take over the different responsibilities, it frees up your time so that you can build another line.  Learn to work yourself out of a job and into a permanent, true, residual income!

Support and Accountability

You may or may not have good support because there is no real accountability built into their compensation plans.  Finding someone to be a good sponsor instead of just a recruiter is somewhat difficult.

The compensation plan having roles and responsibilities built in ensures that you will get good support.  We are big on building relationships that build the person as well as their business.  True mentoring.

Tools and Training

Most have tapes of special speeches by leaders, books, and maybe a manual.  There again, you might get lucky and have someone teach you a little too. This has led many to reorganize to stay alive and as a result usually end up as managed direct sales.

We have our on-line E-Business Institute that takes you through all 10 Steps to Success.  Each course is planned out with lessons and assignments as well as up-line review.  You have reports you can have the system run for you, research tools, member transfer capability to ensure support, special sites with marketing courses, and live personalized training.  Our weekly meetings with the CEO/Founder are interactive as well as recorded for those who are unable to attend.

Always be cautious when looking at opportunities in this day and age.  Many will promise a lack of work with great income and that just can't happen.  Someone has to do the work.  I'm sure you don't want to do the work for someone upline from you.  We always encourage you to look at www.ftc.gov for information on how to spot those offers that look good but really are not.
