We have made the following revision to our Spam Policy, effective as of April 26, 2005 to ensure that all emails that are being sent to DHS Club Members are in conformance to the U.S. Can Spam Act, as the law holds us as a company, responsible and accountable for emails that are being sent on our behalf:

*"Any email that is sent to a ClubShop Member must conform with the United States "Can Spam" Act and include a clear and conspicuous notice to decline to receive further emails from the sender, along with a link to our automated opt out system (https://www.clubshop.com/remove-me.html) and a valid physical postal address of the sender."

Even though your email may be sent from outside the U.S. and/or to a Member that lives outside the U.S., this will ensure that we are always in compliance with the law without exception.

Thank you for helping us to keep ClubShop "spam free" in our marketing and continuing with the good reputation that we have established over the past few years for marketing on the internet responsibly and with integrity.
